We offer Therapeutic Workshops Training regularly. D'vine Yoga offers specialized workshops which touch upon a wide array of different topics and Healing modalities.
You are presented with a beautiful mix of science and yogic philosophy to create a better understanding on the subject matter. The workshop also brings a practical application of postures, breathing and meditation techniques to support the integration of this topic into your daily life.
Each workshop is three hours, which consists of a short introduction and a theoretical deep dive into the subject matter with space for Q & A. This is followed by a 2-hour experiential Therapeutic Yoga practice specifically reltted to the theme of the workshop
